Permissible Use of Analytics

XACOJZ Analytics provides a suite of tools designed for high-level predictive modeling. Access is granted exclusively for internal business intelligence and research purposes. Users must provide accurate, non-deceptive information when registering for our infrastructure.

We strictly prohibit the use of our methodology for any activity that violates Vietnamese or international law. This includes, but is not limited to, the systematic extraction of data ("scraping") or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring algorithms.

Ownership & Artifacts

The Platform

All code, logic, visual design, and data structures remain the sole property of XACOJZ Analytics.

Your Inputs

You retain rights to the raw datasets you upload, granting us a limited license to process them for your specific outputs.

No component of this website may be reproduced, mirrored, or distributed without explicit written consent from our Hanoi headquarters. The "XACOJZ" mark and associated logos are protected identifiers.

Notice on Predictive Accuracy

Predictive analytics is an exercise in probability, not certainty. XACOJZ Analytics does not claim that outputs are error-free or represent absolute future events. Our models are tools for decision support, not automated decision-makers. We do not provide financial advice, and our services should never be interpreted as such.

Account Termination

We reserve the authority to suspend or terminate access to our infrastructure at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected unauthorized use or excessive load that threatens the stability of our cloud environment. Users will be notified via the provided contact email, though immediate suspension may occur if security is compromised.

User initiates contact and defines scope. Mutual agreement on data sensitivity occurs before any bytes are transferred.

Our systems verify the identity and legitimacy of the request against our global compliance standards and local regulations.

Analytic keys are generated. The user operates within the sandbox environment governed by these Terms of Service.

Legal Foundations & Jurisdictional Clarity

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam. This agreement is interpreted under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not provide explicit guarantees regarding 24/7 uptime. Maintenance windows are communicated via internal channels to active infrastructure users.

Modifications

XACOJZ Analytics may update these terms as our technology evolves. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the revised framework.
